Our history
The International Veterinary Business & Management Conference was born in 2016.
With the passing of the years and the addition of the online version, we have achieved the result of making this event increasingly international, reaching over 200 participants onsite and up to 600 online connected from more than 20 countries..
The conference will take place within the enchanting setting of the Grand Hotel Baglioni, where participants will have the opportunity to live a fantastic extra-conference experience.
Guided tours
The historic center seen through the eyes of two art historians who will guide you on an exciting journey through the Renaissance. Tours are available in English, Spanish and Italian.

On Wednesday evening, at the end of the first day of the conference, a social dinner will be held in a typical restaurant in the city centre. Vegetarian, vegan or menus designed for particular dietary needs are also available.

Iván proviene de una familia de médicos veterinarios, su padre y su hermano mayor comparten la misma pasión. Se graduó de la Universidad de Concepción en 1991, trabajó un par de años en una clínica menor, luego optó por desarrollarse en las áreas comercial y de marketing, ocupando diversos cargos en empresas multinacionales del mercado de mascotas en su país. Iván ha sido Director Ejecutivo de Vetcoach, firma de consultoría organizativa y de negocio, especializada en el sector veterinario de mascotas para Latinoamérica, donde su visión es crear “un nuevo estándar para el mundo veterinario”. Iván, ha realizado estudios en marketing, innovación, consultoría, coaching, psicología positiva y habilidades socio-emocionales. Es el creador de la iniciativa Positively (desde 2011) para mejorar el nivel de bienestar de estudiantes y médicos de veterinaria. Es consultor estratégico de empresas en desarrollo organizacional e innovación, ARO Coach (análisis de rol organizacional) y desarrollador de programas de capacitación de alto valor para emprendedores veterinarios y sus equipos, sobre gestión, bienestar, habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo positivo. Iván ha escrito diversos artículos de gestión para revistas veterinarias y es conferencista internacional en América y Europa.
