Veterinario e fondatore di tre ospedali veterinari in Italia, Paolo ha accumulato una vasta esperienza nella gestione di strutture veterinarie complesse, supervisionando un team di oltre 130 professionisti. Esperto in Practice Management, ha ricoperto il ruolo di relatore in numerosi convegni internazionali. Grazie ad un solido background accademico, arricchito da un Master in Lean Professional e da una certificazione in Management Veterinario presso l’Università Bocconi di Milano si dedica attualmente alla consulenza per aziende del settore veterinario. Le sue competenze gli consentono di offrire supporto strategico alle aziende finalizzato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business, con particolare attenzione allo sviluppo di competenze di leadership, gestione del team, comunicazione efficace e ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali.
Iván proviene da una famiglia di medici veterinari, suo padre e suo fratello maggiore condividono la stessa passione. Si è laureato all’Università di Concepción nel 1991, ha lavorato per un paio d’anni in una clinica minore, poi ha scelto di svilupparsi nell’area commerciale e marketing, ricoprendo
diversi incarichi in multinazionali del mercato degli animali domestici nel suo paese Natale. Dal 2008 ha è stato direttore esecutivo di Vetcoach, una
società di consulenza organizzativa e aziendale, specializzata nel settore veterinario per animali domestici per l’America Latina, dove la sua visione
è quella di creare “un nuovo standard per il mondo veterinario”. Ivan, ha completato studi in marketing, innovazione, consulenza, coaching, psicologia positiva e competenze socio-emotive. È l’ideatore dell’iniziativa Positively (dal 2011) per migliorare il livello di benessere di studenti e medici di veterinaria. È consulente strategico per aziende in materia di sviluppo organizzativo e innovazione, ARO Coach (analisi dei ruoli organizzativi) e sviluppatore di programmi formativi di alto valore per imprenditori veterinari e i loro team, su gestione, benessere, capacità di comunicazione e leadership positiva. Ivan ha scritto vari articoli di gestione per riviste veterinarie ed è docente internazionale in America e in Europa.
Pere ha studiato Medicina Veterinaria seguendo le orme del padre, ma si rese subito conto di essere tagliato per la clinica, ma di avere invece una certa
dimestichezza con i numeri. Così, per dare più possibilità agli animali domestici, e dopo uno stage estremamente formativo presso una multinazionale della nutrizione animale, ha concentrato il suo interesse sulla gestione di cliniche veterinarie. Negli anni successivi Pere si dedicò allo studio e all’insegnamento sulla redditività delle cliniche, sui prezzi dei servizi veterinari, sulla produttività dei dipendenti, sulla valutazione economica dei centri veterinari, sugli indicatori chiave di gestione con l’ambizioso obiettivo che i professionisti veterinari ottenessero una maggiore un ritorno economico dignitoso in linea con il proprio impegno.Questo lavoro è culminato nella creazione di VMS, società di analisi dati specializzata nel canale veterinario, alla quale attualmente dedica gran parte del suo tempo. Recentemente ha fondato con il suo collega e amico Miguel Ángel Díaz (“Pancho”) il progetto Veterinary Management Academia (VMA), il cui primo prodotto è un corso online sulla gestione delle cliniche veterinarie.

Alison is a proven business leader having created an award-winning business from scratch. Seeing a niche and creating innovative products and services that have created real change in a conservative business sector. Alison has led the Onswitch team to become the brand leader in their sector in a challenging economic climate and with a very conservative profession.
Alison has coached start-ups and mature businesses to business improvement and has a certain way of enabling change in even the most “traditional” of characters.
At the beginning of her business career Alison spent time coaching non-Vet sector businesses ranging from Anglian Water to Norwich Union now Aviva.
Prior to starting her own business Alison spent 10 years in FMCG with MARS and Colgate Palmolive Alison is Honorary Associate Professor in Business at Nottingham Vet School and was awarded the Australian Veterinary Association inaugural “Business Thought Leadership” award in 2019 and the RCVS Impact Award in 2021
Pere studied Veterinary Medicine following in his father’s footsteps, but he immediately realized that he was cut out for the clinic, but instead had a certain familiarity with numbers. Thus, to give pets more opportunities, and after an extremely educational internship at a multinational animal nutrition company, he focused his interest on the management of veterinary clinics. In the following years Pere dedicated himself to studying and teaching on the profitability of clinics, on the prices of veterinary services, on the productivity of employees, on the economic evaluation of veterinary centers, on key management indicators with the ambitious objective that veterinary professionals obtain a greater a decent economic return in line with his commitment. This work culminated in the creation of VMS, a data analysis company specialized in the veterinary channel, to which he currently dedicates much of his time. He recently founded the Veterinary Management Academia (VMA) project with his colleague and friend Miguel Ángel Díaz (“Pancho”), whose first product is an online course on the management of veterinary clinics.
