Dr. Paolo Peppucci
A veterinarian and founder of three veterinary hospitals in Italy, Paolo has built extensive experience in managing complex veterinary facilities, overseeing a team of more than 130 professionals. An expert in Practice Management, he has served as a speaker at numerous international conferences. Grazie ad un solido background accademico, arricchito da un Master in Lean Professional e da una certificazione in Management Veterinario presso l’Università Bocconi di Milano si dedica attualmente alla consulenza per aziende del settore veterinario. Thanks to a solid academic background, enhanced by a Master’s degree in Lean Professional and a certification in Veterinary Management from Bocconi University in Milan, he is currently dedicated to consulting for companies in the veterinary sector.
Dr. Simone Scoccianti
For over 20 years, he served as Medical Director of one of the largest veterinary hospitals in Italy, leading a team of 90 professionals and developing deep expertise in the management of veterinary operations. Today, he works as a consultant for veterinary clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and pet food manufacturers, focusing on topics such as Clinical Communication and Negotiation, Team Dynamics and Leadership, and the Application of Neuroscience to Communication and Team Management. He is the founder of the Veterinary Business Conference in Florence and co-founder of EACHVET, the special interest group for veterinary clinical communication within EACH International, the World Association for Clinical Communication in Healthcare. His mission is to support veterinary professionals and companies in their growth, improve communication, and create more collaborative and efficient work environments. He firmly believes that making veterinary medicine more shared with pet parents is the key to defining this profession as a true helping and caring profession.
Giacomo Schuller
Digital Strategist and SEO Specialist, Giacomo (Google Certified Project Manager) has helped veterinary practices and professionals achieve high levels of visibility on search engines for their services, which has translated into a tangible increase in revenue (and, in some cases, a successful sale of the business).
The digital strategies he develops—each time tailored to the specific needs of the organizations he supports—are based on content and performance optimization of websites, social media activity, online advertising, and all digital dynamics capable of delivering real value through sustainable, results-oriented projects.
